I recently placed an order consisting of a pair of Soviet sunglasses. The sunglasses were a small present for a holiday. Unfortunately the sunglasses came without a pouch as pictured and were badly bent. I emailed USC customer services to let them know the condition of the glasses and that i was not happy with the quality. I did not have the chance to return them before the holiday and so a quick home DIY bending was needed. I merely wanted customer services to understand my upset with this and to prevent further customers receiving their products in this way. USC replied with a very generic response of
'I am sorry to hear this.
Please return the item via the freepost address below to avoid any further costs.'
I do not feel like a valued customer and wouldn't order from here again anytime soon. T
