Product was as described and excellent value. Your website is excellent and easy to navigate. Would have given very good if carrier arrangements and their communication was better. Delivery was next day as promised although that is what I paid a lot of money for. Couldn't leave my house for the whole day due to the requirement of signature for delivery being required, no delivery time slot given and no easily accessible options to amend delivery options that suited my needs. Thought that being in this situation was becoming a thing of the past. This is in contrast to suppliers such as Amazon who use DPD carrier who provide an excellent service. Please consider using DPD type service and I will be more likely to shop with you.
