website was very easy to navigate, found a great selection of shoes at very reasonable prices. Normally I would collect in store however there was a charge for that which is unusual so opted for the standard up to 5 days for delivery. The communication was good in regard to where the order was in the process and the shoes arrived within 3 working days. Overall a good service however would have been better if pick up in store was free like all the major stores
