Hi, We haven't actually received the goods yet. I rang yesterday and was told it has been refused and is being sent back to yourselves and that I would received a full refund. I didn't request the refund, I was told this is what happens. This was a watch for my son for school they have been on half term holidays so they have been at home the whole time to take delivery, i'm a bit confused! :-/ We have had to purchase one from elsewhere now, so a full refund would be gratefully received. I normally don't have any issues when ordering with USC so wonder whether I had a new delivery driver???
