I purchased a pair of firetrap jeans from the Doncaster store. I found a fault immediately and returned them to the same store to exchange. The items were not in stock so I asked if the store could order those for me. I was politely told that they could not however the gift receipt they were giving me would allow me to order them online and have them delivered to the store. The problem is that I then had to pay a £5 delivery charge which I do not consider to be exceptional customer service
