Happy with the product, however service at collection was a disappointment. I was told to collect at Sports Direct. I joined a queue only to be told when I finally got to the front, that I needed to be in a different queue. I queued again & was then told I had to go to USC not Sports Direct. Even though my collection note said Sports Direct, I did query this but the assistant was adamant. I went to USC to be told I should definitely be collecting from Sports Direct! Went back to Sports Direct to queue again & when they finally looked, my parcel was there all along! Not impressed!!
