Excellent marketing, excellent promotional emails, excellent response.
Three negatives/ points to improve:
1. The quality of the goods arrived usually are not in best shape, for example, a certain good may arrive in dirty situation considering the proper packing it has been through.
2. No mobile application is available and which makes it more useful.
3. Lack of brands and I would suggest bringing new brands like Burrberry, and more variety in Emporio Armani. In other words, I suggest wider variety.
