I do all my shopping online & usually pick up my package in store. I don't know why your policy is for a credit note only if you have to return an item in store that you buy online?
It is very inconvenient for the customer and will prevent me from buying more items in a single purchase if the only way to get a refund is to pay for postage & return to your DC.
On top of the fact that I was shipped items that were in the wrong size versus what I ordered!!!
Very user unfriendly.
