The email updates were great but I collected mine from Sports Direct in the Arndale and they were not helpful at all.
The store manager wasn't even aware they did click and collect for USC. When I got to the click and collect checkout the girl spent 5 minutes telling me they don't offer this service yet when I asked her to check the back room she came back with my order.
