If the survey is regarding the actual process of purchasing, it was pretty bleak due to no order notification even when requesting one from the Customer Service department. However, as this was merely a technical issue it can certainly be forgiven, it just made the experience rather worrisome.
The Customer Service provided was good though when calling your team, top marks.
