Returns are at the customers cost and Free returns to store are not offered with online purchases. Not to mention it even costs to click and collect, so there is zero chance at avoiding a delivery cost either. If I had seen returns were not free before ordering I would not have ordered.
This is almost standard at most good quality online shops. Take a lead from Schuh, they are best in class. USC shows zero after care in the way they deal with returns.
