I went into the shop to buy a pair of shoes but the size I wanted wasn't available. None of the staff suggested I look at your website for the shoes I was looking for and I only found them because I took the time to look for the shoes online. Perhaps your staff could take the time to have a look at the store's website or suggest to customers they might be able to buy the item online and have it delivered to the store and so customer and retailer will be happy?
