Hi Guys, the collection is big and extensive which is nice but I have a few comments ...
1.why should I pay £7 for next day delivery then pay £13 to return the stuff that did not fit ??!!! All big websites provide free returns option.
2. You need a more user friendly mobile website or app.
3. The enormous Firetrap collection that you have and always claim that it's on 50%-75% sale ... it never goes off sale and it's silly because we know it's not a real sale.
