The whole process was very good, easy to use and informative. The only problem I have is that an item I chose (which I was informed was available) became unavailable during the processing and the order was completed without me being able to change the item for another. In my opinion, because of shipping costs, I should have been informed that the item was not now available and I should have been given the opportunity to change my order before it was processed.
Otherwise, I am very happy with USC and will be ordering with them again in the future.
