My next delivery was fine but the item I had ordered was too big. I went into my local store to do a straight exchange but was told because of the price difference (my item was £15 less online) that I would have to pay the extra. After speaking with the manager she finally agreed to price match but this is not stated clearly anywhere that the price differences matter!!
