Pretty standard service. My ladies hoodie arrived with a weird stain on the elbow and I only noticed after removing the labels. The items came in a heavy duty bin bag which I was a bit concerned about. And very unhappy that I spent £45 and STILL had to pay 4.99 for my items to be delivered to a store which took 4 working days. Prob won't order again
