Good service, good prices. The returns process is unfair. A) cannot get a cash refund if returned to store, even if i orderd to the store. B) you should not be charging a delivery charge if i am ordering my goods to be picked up from store. Instead of a free £5 voucher i would rather have free delivery as a £5 voucher is useless to me as the product ranges instore at usc and sports direct are really not that good. All the good stuff is online. I do not know of any other company that charges a delivery charge for store pick up. As the store cannot give cash refunds i should not have to pay for postage when returning items. Kind regards
