Poor service ending up paying for delivery through usc billing system when opted to collect from local store. Store turned out to be sports direct. Poor service there as always. Staff on zero hour contracts so have no real customer service skills . Walked out store after collection feeling extremely angry being laughed at by staff as turned my back on her on tills the day went to collect. Reason for laughing was because I waited at a general till to collect only to find collections were upstairs of the Thurmaston store in Leicester. No signs to show this when entered store and a child like minded staff behind till giggling when had to go up to collect. sports direct and use partnership a disgrace will never be shopping there again from past experience too and family all made aware. Silly credit note policy too a day after returning product not suitable, presenting till receipt and expecting a full refund I was told was not in there policy. What a joke that is!!! I think trading standards need to be made aware. Furthermore more people of the general public shopping here need to be aware what silly practices sports direct run. Disgusted with the whole situation. Still utterly mad about the whole situation few weeks down the line!!! Will never shop here again for sure.
