Ordered a pair of shoes for my son. Had to pay £4.99 postage to have it delivered to Sports Direct (received a £5 voucher for Sports Direct on collection which I will not use), despite there being a USC Shop in the same shopping centre. Unfortunately the shoes didn't fit and it cost me £3 to return them. Will never buy anything on line from USC.
