I am really upset because i order some tops and jean on there website and even tho most of my item were fine i notice what seemed to be a stain on the front o uune of the jeans.. As afew of the other tops were to small, i sent them back costing me extra £11 in posting, explaining to USC I wanted to exchange all the items.. my items came today and im really happy with the tops but it seems like USC have just sent me the same pair of jeans i sent back!! Now im going to have to pay posting again just to get my money back because i wont trust them to exchange again, its a shame because i really enjoy shopping at USC and since they closed my local store in birmingham bullring i thought i would give they online store ago, never again ill be doing my online shopping elsewhere in future!
