Some staff were rude and ignorant. I was blatantly ignored whilst waiting for assistance at the store door before it fully opened, I had to wave and signal for a staff member to come over to me. Once I was finally approached after waiting 10 mins, the two male staff members attitude was poor when talking to me. It was almost like a guessing game, I was not told anything I needed to know such as how much delivery would be, where it would be delivered, and the correct opening times for the store. Not being aware made me feel very alone and had me making pointless trips into the store, a waste of time and money, it is important that costumes are full aware of the system, ensure it! However, the young lady who helped me was lovely, friendly and seemed to actually care in the service they provided, every staff member should be more then her, thanks to her I finally have to shoes I ordered. I wouldn't order from here again.
