Delivery arrived in good time however one of the items I was sent was incorrect. The tag was the appropriate one for what I had ordered however it was not the right product. Went to my closest store and asked to exchange, he gave me customer services number as they can't do it in store due to it being ordered online. Spoke to a man from customers services who didn't seem to keen to help, he gave me an email address asking me to send photographs of the item and it's tag so they could decide what they would do. I have since tried to send emails to this address on multiple occasions however they bounce back due to not being able to be delivered. Also on a previous delivery the security tag was left on the shoes and I was unable to take them on my holiday. Up until these last two orders I have had a good service however with it being my partners birthday tomorrow I will have to let him down due to being unable to sort the problem with this product.
