I had a big order of clothes, and after paying £5.00 postage at first when my clothes came there was something missing in a pack of two. The value of this was £5.00 and then I had to pay the return postage as well. Personally I think in the case where customers have to return items at the fault of the company, then postage should be covered by you or refunded. Thanks
