My order was delivered promptly the next day with express delivery. My only concern is that my penguin chukka trainer's were very badly over stitched on one side, I repaired them myself easily but it was tedious and obviously something that I shouldn't be having to do. Not having a free returns option put me off sending them back and I wasn't sure how long I would have to wait.
