I ordered 3 pair of shoes, out of 3 pair of shoes two of them arrived okay, however the third pair was supposed to be a size 8 pair of shoes, it did came in the size 8 box however the when I tried the shoes on It came out to be size 6.5. Now the only way to return the shoes is by posting the shoes again to the provided address with the invoice, I do not understand when I have paid a postage to get the order and because of USC not sending the correct order, now I have to pay again a postage to return the wrong pair of shoes I received. If possible can you please make this return or exchange any easier for me as a customer.
