Totally scunnered with this shop. This used to be my favourite shop which I spent a lot of money in. I'm still owed money from you as a while back I returned a top to your warehouse to not get refunded as it went to a so called different address. Also got a £5 voucher as I ordered online which the voucher lasted a full day before it was invalid. Vouchers used to last a month but obviously your not caring about customers your just wanting their money as your hoping they buy something else & have to put some more money towards the item as nothing costs £5 in USC.
