Paid for next day delivery for an item ordered before the recommended time, but it failed to arrive the next day and arrived 48 hours later. E-mailed to complain and received a goodwill gesture of a e-voucher to be used online, although I paid in cash through paypal. Personnally believe it was a breach of contract, but cannot be bothered to pursue. Shall not be using the service again or recommending!
