Really frustrating that I was going on holiday needed fast delivery paid 6.99. Half of my things didn't fit and had to pay 10.80 to return stuff and was forced to pay another 6.99 for delivery of goods for larger sizes. If my charges for return of goods and the further 6.99 could be compensated that would definitely take the sting out the tail as the charges put me off re ordering again in the future due to my expenses this time.
