Straight forward customer journey, the site is easy enough to navigate around and you can find the items you are interested in simply enough and the filters help narrow down your search. Think that paying a shipping cost when over £100 is spent is a liberty and not with keeping with other online shops, who offer free p&p for a lot less spent. On my original order one of the items was refunded as was not available despite it being available when placing my initial order which suggests that the stock levels are not up to date. Overall a good experience and some great items received
