The online process was fine but I was surprised to get charged for a delivery to store which is not usually the case.
I have also had to pay to return it as you couldn't return to store so even though it was in the sale the cost has risen quite a bit so doesn't feel I have got value for money all of a sudden.
I have requested a replacement of a bigger size so I am yet to see how this process works. A little disappointed!!
