I didn't realise I was paying £4.99 for my trainers to be delivered into store, this feels slightly excessive compared to most other retailers that do the deliver to store option for free.
In addition to this, the trainers don't fit so I now have to pay to return them, again something most retailers offer for free. Very disappointed & won't be shopping here again
