I have spent over £1400 with USC in the last few months my most recent order was fine everything in tact and on time however one order I received was with a jacket I had ordered that came with a whole button missing .. ie a large whole where the button should be.. having used this service often and being a regular customer of USC this was the last thing I expect when purchasing a brand new item and quite honestly it is very disappointing especially due to the fact I had passed the 14 day period to return or exchange due to my busy lifestyle and time away. In the end I was never compensated and still have a brand new jacket with a hole where the button should be .
