I received two items from USC, one top had a pull in it, exchanging is always an issue as I can't take items bought online to the store so I'm stuck with a damaged top that wasn't packaged correctly. I find it strange that I pay £5 delivery even to store an then get a £5 voucher but paying for next day home delivery I get nothing but pay £6.99!! Strange set up but heyho you get what you pay for I guess......
