Website very clear and easy to use. Items despatched almost immediately. Overall a very profession setup by USC. The only thing that is a disappointment is the courier they used to deliver the items. Like 80% of the population in this country, we go to work on a daily basis so we are not able to sit at home all day waiting for something that costs just a few pounds to be delivered! 3 attempts are made to deliver any goods but only 2 were made. I tried to contact the number left on the calling card to make a suitable arrangement as I was suddenly called upon to work away, but was ignored. I left a message instructing them to leave with a neighbour but again my instructions were ignored. now I've spent all weekend chasing up the parcels location and discovered I can't collect it until Monday at the earliest as it's the weekend, unfortunately I'm due to work away all week again!!! Plus the couriers depot is a 20 mile round trip. To name and shame the courier, they are called yodel. My advice to USC is to use someone like Royal Mail or Hermes as a courier option as these to companies use several delivery options such as locals newsagents and post offices. If I customer isn't confident with a companies courier system they may choose to shop elsewhere rather than using the usc website resulting in loss of business for you!! Thank you Mr Cliffe
