I wafted ordering a jacket in the sale, I sent the product back (paid postage) and clearly asked for a larger size.
I was informed that the larger size was no longer available and was however promptly given a refund.
Unfortunately I went back on the site and the larger size was indeed available but for a non sale price. This was poor customer service and deliberately misleading the customer.
