Online shop experience was fine but the items did take a long time to arrive in store for collection.
I am disappointed in the high delivery cost and also that I have to cover the cost of returns myself.
A return paid label would be far better OR the option to claim a refund in store.
I'm not sure I would buy online with you again as the whole process is time consuming, expensive and not customer friendly/easy.
