I have been shopping with USC for a number of years. I had always been happy with the service provided and the quality and value of the clothes. This was until I received a delivery with two clothing items amounting to £80 missing. I contacted USC and was asked to send a photo of the packaging. After I did this I was advised that the packaging had been tampered with and asked to fill in a form for their delivery service, which I did. I was then told that because of the time lapse between my order and response (not more than 2 months and delayed due to them not getting back to me and at no point telling me my response had to be by a specific date) they could take no further action. I am very unhappy about this and have retained all email correspondance.
