The overall experience was ok/good. My items arrived in 5 days. My only issues was that I was not able to receive it any sooner than the 3-5 working days. My order was over £200.00 so I did expect that I would of received free delivery like you do get from other major sites or even at least discounted delivery. I don't think that paying £5.00 wasn't worth it for the service that the courier delivered I was just very disappointed when I realised this. I also expected a text letting me know when it was delivered however I did not get a text so just had to keep refreshing the courier's page. Overall it was an average experience but I do believe that there is room for improvement, I would also like to add that I would like to see a bigger selection for women's clothing etc. I was also very disappointed to see that in many USC stores that they have stopped stocking women's clothes and other store's have limited stock for women's clothes. I have shopped in USC for quite a few years and I do feel like I am more likely to shop in other stores just because I am unable to find any women's clothes in your stores and sometimes I cannot wait up to 5 days for delivery.
