I ordered a pair of Converses from the USC website which were a very reasonable price. However I had paid the steep next day delivery price as I was in need for the product quickly. I was well aware that because I ordered them early evening they would not come next day but the day after, which is when I needed them. However they did not arrive until late evening and therefore were no use to me. I believe if you're paying a higher amount than other retailers for next day delivery you expect the service to be better and more prompt than waiting over 48 hours. As it was no use I went to return the product the discover I had the pay to return them myself, as a online retailer I don't think it should be expected that the consumer should pay to return something that was late and unsuitable. Also since your target customer is of a younger age and mostly students it is disgusting that you should make them loose over £10 in delivery and returns. I'm very disappointed with my experience and will never shop here again and have told friends to look somewhere when buying online.
