Parcel was tracked for delivery on Friday. After checking the Yodel tracking web page, it stated the delivery driver had missed me and left a note. No note was left so I phone the number given 07479 945810 and was told he would get the driver to deliver it before 5pm on that day. I waited until 5.15pm and no delivery driver turned up. I rang the number several times to communicate and it went straight to answer phone everytime. At this stage I was thinking my order had been stolen. I checked the tracking website on Sunday and again it stated I had missed the delivery and they had left another note. Again no note was left. Eventually I received my parcel on the Monday but with no communication at all from the delivery person. This has got me thinking twice about using USC to purchase goods due to the rubbish communication and lies from the delivery team.
