Great prices, especially in the sale. Good product range. £3.99 delivery fee, particularly when you're delivery to a store is a disincentive to buy. Many competitors off free delivery.
Also when I picked up my goods at the store, I wasn't asked to provide ID. I could have stolen the phone that provided the email confirmation order.
