I made a mistake by ordering the wrong size of my purchase and on realising the error I went to your contact page only to find no phone number. I then sent an email asking for the change in size to be made within minutes of the initial order. The next response was a day later saying the purchase had been dispatched. This could have been rectified so easily with a phone call. I did get an email saying the purchase could be returned to yourselves, which I did. As of yet I am still awaiting a refund.
