I have not received my items, 1x CK grey girl boxer, 1x CK grey bralette. They went to a different address than what was specified on purchasing. The invoice then came through stating a different postcode. I went to the address that it was supposedly delivered to (even though the tracker says it is still with courier). To then be told she did have it but the day before she had phoned yodel and they had collected the package as she explained it happens a lot that it goes to that address instead of the correct one. I have received correspondence from USC saying once they receive this in the warehouse I will get a refund, even though Yodel tracker says it wasn't delivered in the first place. I don't want a refund I would like the items I ordered as need them. Never normally have a problem with USC and have used them lots, but this is a pain as I am now down nearly £50 and don't have the items I have ordered.
