I ordered the goods on the Monday night at 6.40 pm. I paid £ 6.99 for next day delivery and did not receive my goods until the Thursday at lunchtime. I let the customer service department know this and my answer was that they could not do anything about it as it was down to Yodel and they had problems with the goods.
This is not my fault - they advised that they were unable to refund me the delivery costs but as a goodwill gesture would give me a £ 5 gift card towards something else.
This £ 5 would not even cover the cost of having any other goods delivered to me.
Therefore will not be using them again.
