I used to shop with USC a longtime ago and products are great and prices are very good. However the only thing that would stop me coming back is the lack of postage offers. Spent £20 in total on delivery and returns and online stores such as ASOS and M&MDirect offer better postage deals and thus make the experience that extra bit better.
Additionally the email confirmation on returns does not provide a total or any amount of what is being refunded as well as what period of time it will take before the refund is returned back to the account.
