Recently ordered a pair of jeans online and paid 3.99 for postage. Very disappointed that when the parcel arrived the jeans were merely slung in the bag loose.. Not folded in a bag as per usual.. Button was missing and there was no paperwork whatsoever. Rather than try to claim an exchange online ( which is a nightmare by the way) I decided to go to my local store ( Doncaster) . The staff here were brilliant and was no problem exchanging the item. Thank goodness for their help as the online help facility is non existent. Feel like I've been robbed of the delivery cost and am now going to think twice about ordering online again.
