The item purchased may be brilliant but due to their choice of courier; Yodel, I am still, a week later waiting for my delivery. My local Yodel courier chooses not to leave any contact details to enable a mutually agreeable delivery date / approx time to be arranged so as I work 20 miles from my home have had to arrange for the delivery to take place today which is a saturday and am having to sit patiently for however long it takes the courier to make an appearance.
Incidentally, I chose a home delivery by accident as I had intended collecting my goods from a local collection point (10 miles away) but ticked the wrong box on the online ordering system. Yodel are rubbish....but not quitee as bad as My Hermes. Online retailers need to get their couriers delivering a decent standard of customer service as I won't ever be shopping with any company who use Yodel or My Hermes to deliver for them.
