When ordering online I can not see the reasoning behind the postage cost being pasted to the customer when these are being delivered to a store from the warehouse USC own and I am sure they have a logistics department that sends stock and having to wait 10 working days for them to deliver. Add insult to injury giving a five pounds voucher also defeats the object because you can only spends this in store and you have already paid this through the postage cost. Don't understand the logic behind this as other stores do not charge you for collecting in store.
