Not impressed that I had to pay for postage to return goods, this is not the service I get from other online retailers such as ASOS. Also, I would have picked up in store had this been free, which it should be, just like when I order from New Look online. It should not cost me £4.99 to pick up in store!
Due to delivery costs I will reconsider using USC online again, I can get a better service and more value for money from other online retailers.
