Delivery was quick, refund on the item which didn't fit was fast, I had to pay for return postage which wasn't ideal, but I saved so much during the sale, it wasn't a big deal. My only complaint would be that Click and Collect (which is widely advertised on the site) isn't available as an option if the stores close to you have too many orders stacked up. I had to contact customer services over email over a couple of days before they explained why I wasn't seeing the option on the website - could be a lot clearer.. I would much preferred to have done Click and Collect than Delivery so I could avoid having to pay for return postage on items which didn't fit..
